This fabulous beanie is knitted in the round, at first, with size US5 16-inch circular needles, and has a cabled brim. The rest of the hat is knitted on size US6 16-inch circular needles, and has a graph for the lettering. There are two different styles: fitted and slouchy. This hat fits teen through adult. The gauge for the main body of the hat is 5.5 stitches per inch. You will use up to 175 yards (~70g), plus a small amount of accent yarn, for the lettering/fair isle. This is a quick and fun knit, with an awesome saying on it.
